Bollywood actress Ananya Pandey, who’s under NCB scanner after Aryan Khan ‘s arrest in Mumbai medicine bust case, has supposedly told the Narcotics Control Bureau she “ knows someone who can supply, or has formerly or doubly supplied medicines”to Shah Rukh Khan ‘s son.
Sources told News18 that the NCB had questioned a 24- time-old house- help of a “ notorious person”on Friday, who’s “ believed to have hawked medicines to Aryan at the decree of Ananya”. The‘celeb staff-cum- medicine huckster’ was detained from Mumbai’s Malad area, and has been called for questioning again on Monday. The NCB sequestered his mobile phone after a long interrogation, sources added Actor Chunky Panday’s son was called for questioning by the NCB on Thursday and Friday. Still, on both days she turned up late, irking zonal director Sameer Wankhede. The NCB functionary, sources said, gave a earful to Ananya for reaching late to their Mumbai office. Sources further told News18 that NCB is digging into the transnational instructors for furnishing medicines. “ Inquiry not just limited to WhatsApp exchanges agitating procurement of medicines. NCB is trying to erect together the entire chain of transnational instructors, medicine hawkers and consumers,”they added The NCB had launched a inquiry into the contended medicine use in Bollywood after the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput in June on the base of WhatsApp exchanges involving medicines. The central agency had before arrested Rajput’s friend, actress Rhea Chakraborty, her family Showik, some workers of the late Bollywood actor and a many others under sections of the Narcotic Medicines and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Rhea Chakraborty and some other indicted are presently out on bail.
